January 90-Day Sprint • Limited to 10 firms
90-Day Family Office Build Sprint
Design a clear, sellable Administrative Family Office Services (AFOS) offering in 90 days—so it finally moves off the “someday” list and into real life.
For RIAs, CPAs, law firms, and boutique advisory firms who already serve complex families and want to offer more than investment management and tax prep.
Why most “family office” plans never leave the slide deck
Many firms quietly “do” family office work for their top families: extra coordination, special projects, document wrangling, bill pay assistance, and more. It’s essential work—but it’s rarely defined, priced, or supported by any kind of operating system.
- Teams are stretched thin by unstructured “of course we’ll help” tasks.
- Leadership feels the risk of unclear scope and inconsistent delivery.
- Families experience heroic help from individuals, not a consistent offering from the firm.
Administrative Family Office Services (AFOS) keep showing up on strategic plans, then get pushed to “later” when the year happens. This Sprint is designed to interrupt that pattern.
What is the 90-Day Family Office Build Sprint?
This is a small-group, done-with-you implementation sprint for advisory firms who want to build or overhaul their AFOS offering in a focused 90-day window.
Over 90 days, we will:
- Define who your AFOS offering is for and the problems you solve.
- Clarify your service tiers and scope—what’s in and what’s clearly out.
- Set pricing and boundaries that match complexity and risk.
- Map high-level workflows for bookkeeping, bill pay, and advisor integration.
- Outline roles and responsibilities so execution doesn’t rely on a single hero.
- Build a rollout plan you can use with your next 3–5 ideal families.
By the end of 90 days, you will have:
- A defined AFOS client profile—who this is for and what problems you solve.
- Clear service tiers with “what’s in / what’s out.”
- A draft pricing structure that reflects complexity, risk, and team capacity.
- High-level workflows for key services (bookkeeping, bill pay, integration support).
- Clarified roles & responsibilities so your team knows who does what.
- A practical rollout plan for your first 3–5 ideal families.
The 90-Day Sprint structure
Three focused phases. Clear decisions at each step.
Phase 1 – Weeks 1–4
Services & Promise
- Who your AFOS offering is for.
- The specific problems you solve for those families.
- Service tiers and scope: what’s included and what is not.
Phase 2 – Weeks 5–8
Pricing, Boundaries & Workflows
- Pricing structure and fee options.
- Boundaries and “guardrails” for what you will and will not do.
- High-level workflows for bookkeeping, bill pay, and integration support.
Phase 3 – Weeks 9–12
Implementation & Rollout
- Roles and responsibilities across your team.
- Operating rhythm: meetings, reporting, and checklists.
- Rollout plan and first 3–5 client conversations.
What’s included for each firm
Each participating firm receives:
- 2× 90-minute group Build Sessions per month
Teaching, live hot seats, and working time on your actual materials.
- 1× 60–75-minute group Office Hours call per month
Open Q&A, “bring your messy draft,” and live troubleshooting.
- 2× 60-minute 1:1 calls with Christi
Early Sprint strategy call (goals, current state, priorities) and a pre-rollout refinement call (your AFOS model, pricing, workflows, and first client conversations).
- Template & example library
Sample service menus, pricing structures, and workflow outlines so you’re not starting from a blank page.
Done-with-you, not done-for-you.
We design your structure, services, and systems together; your team implements with support and feedback.
Clarity & Assets Guarantee
If you attend the live sessions (or watch the replays), complete the core exercises, and show up for your two 1:1 calls—and by the end of 90 days you do not feel you have:
- a clear definition of who your AFOS offer is for,
- defined service tiers with what’s in / what’s out, and
- a draft pricing structure and workflow outline,
then I will work with you for an additional 30 days at no extra cost to close those gaps.
The goal is that you don’t walk away fuzzy. If you do the work, you will leave with clarity and concrete assets.
Is this Sprint a fit for your firm?
This is for you if:
- You already serve (or are clearly positioned to serve) wealthy families.
- “Family office” or admin services have been on your roadmap for a while.
- Your team is already doing unofficial AFOS work and you want to make it sane, sustainable, and billable.
- You’re willing to show up, make decisions, and implement—not just collect ideas.
This is probably not a fit if:
- You’re looking for a fully done-for-you build with no internal ownership.
- You don’t have any realistic families who would use an AFOS offering.
- You cannot commit a few focused hours per month for sessions and work time.
- You’re looking for a guarantee of specific revenue or AUM growth.
Investment and optional continuation
Investment: $5,000 per firm, paid in full, for the full 90-Day Sprint.
Capacity: Limited to 10 firms to keep the work hands-on and personalized.
Optional continuation credit: If, after the Sprint, we both agree that deeper 1:1 implementation support would be valuable, and you begin a 6-month consulting/implementation engagement with White River Consultants within 60 days of the Sprint ending, we’ll apply a $2,000 credit from your Sprint fee toward that engagement.

Frequently asked questions
What if we’re just at the “idea” stage?
That’s fine—as long as you already serve (or are clearly positioned to serve) wealthy families and have a realistic path to offering AFOS. We’ll shape the offering during the Sprint.
How much time should we plan to commit?
Plan for about 3–4 hours a month for live sessions and office hours, plus focused time to work on your materials and decisions between calls. It’s a commitment, but far less than trying to figure this out alone for another year.
Do we need to attend live?
Live attendance is ideal for interaction and hot seats, but replays will be available. Your 1:1 calls will always be scheduled around your calendar.
What if we do the work and still feel unclear at the end?
That’s exactly why the Clarity & Assets Guarantee exists. If you show up and do the work and still don’t feel you have a clear AFOS offer, service tiers, and draft pricing/workflows, we’ll work together for an additional 30 days at no extra cost.
What if we want help implementing after the Sprint?
If you begin a 6-month consulting/implementation engagement within 60 days of the Sprint ending, we’ll apply a $2,000 credit from your Sprint fee toward that work.
